Not sure if people played 1 or 2 but this game should be part of anyones gaming collection. It is pure fun, hack and slash action which is quite adictive.

Safe to say since I knew it was being released it was number 1 on my 'MUST HAVE' list

Might even Install number 1 and 2 over the weekend for a giggle

Lith, you have to take in to account though with diablo that while the single player is ok and gives you a good jist of what the game is about, fighting in party's online through the dungeons/acts/pvp and trading items with other players is where the fun is...

Hopefully is will run on battle.net which is a free online play system with great support

single player doesnt excite me in any game anymore, multiplayer sound alright though

Well thats the problem, the cd key stuff with diablo was very good, as it all goes through battle.net and duplicate cd keys ect are a real problem

i,e if someone is using your cd key, only one person can go on at a time and cracked cd keys are well blocked, i think that is why battle.net was and still is such a succesful engine

diablo 2 was the bees knees, used to play it on my house lan with 4 other house mates

Lets hope this one is just as good as the others

Its a pretty easy game to play foz but fairly difficult to master, many people think a top level character with bee's knees items following someone elses character build template is mastering the game but they couldn't be more wrong... Not sure what this one will be like mind you, either way though, if you like hack an slash RPG's then you don't get much better than Diablo

Hmmm may not be for me then, not big on slashing tbh I would rather aim and click than hack and slash so may pass on this one

not long now! May 15th!! they had an open beta this weekend, managed to get a few hours in and safe to say it is awesome.

Maybe we can have an (i) devision for it? me and Raed are happy to tag up for it, Foz you need to play it, garuanteed to be the biggest selling game this year and for good reason.

Not that this would be a surprise but I played the open beta too and I agree it is awesome, feels alot like the first Diablo did which is great as thats what made me fall in love with the game.

I imagine there will be a clan/guild facility when they implement the finished PVP product...

Missed out bucky, it just goes to show though how well the game has been built when compared to other betas, I certainly didn't see one bug or glitch whilst playing for a good 5-6 hours.

Ah well my copy has been despatched and now hoping it turns up over today or tomorrow so I can play it wednesday/thursday/friday (which I have booked off)

I would have booked off the time but i have just got back off holiday.

Amazon emailed me today to say my copy has been dispatched. funny thing is that this order has been outstanding sine 2010 lol when I ordered the game for £25.00

Hello guys, just a note, might be worth making sure your password is deemed as strong on the battle.net site and attaching an authenticator which can be bought or installed for free on a smart phone, my account got hacked today by the looks and I have lost everything, even down to potions, ticket raised with blizzard to restore for me and hopefully ill get everything back without loosing progress but wouldn't want the same to happen to you guys so yeah... I would advise doing it ASAP as I thought about adding an authenticator yesterday... If only I had.

Done well to get to act three hell bucky, that means your probably ahead of me now... My account has thankfully been restored and secured with an authenticator now but unfortuneately I have lost 2-3 hours worth of game time including some gold and several levels but I suppose that is better than having to farm for new equipment before I can carry on leveling!

The blizzard support isn't fantastic though I have to say, used to be alot better however I got fairly generic responses that didn't actually answer my questions... Rather iritating really!

think he meant act three normal Pro, think id be levelling at a more casual pace if i didnt have to keep up with Raed!

its kinda cool having to think about switching up skill to beat certain encounters, so far we havent hit anything we couldnt run away from screaming like a little girl until it died from exhaustion chasing us.

thats how real men fight.

Lol HD, Me and Northy had a horrible encounter the other day... 2 sets of 'Blue Elites' and a 'Gold Elite' (all spiders by the way).

Enchantments included; Molten Chains, Arcane Enchanted (those purple laser things that spin around) Desecrator (the fire that drains your life), Illusionist (multiple copies), Freeze, Waller and Vampiric...

Couldn't believe it, I had around 35K life at the time and all resist at 135 yet still took about 4-5 seconds to kill us, that is with my damage reduction and healing buffs active too...

Id probably be level 60 now if it wasn't for the account restore though Back to level 56 and 1/3.

You guys should join me and Northy on TS.
