THE SHORT VERSION:
Premium offers DLC for £32 a year, it devides the community into two groups but ensures that both groups have the same content to play with(so no more, "you do not have this map" crap)
almost everything else offered is superfluous and may actually be detrimental to the game, I have hope for the official leagues being a good thing and the video content of top teams being fun and informative.
Worth £32 on top of the £40 to get it on Steam? you decide.
points 1-10 basically say that you get DLC, previously you would pay £12 per expo, now you pay £32 for the year.

First four points I have no idea what to expect, seems like anything "Prized" has to be at LAN or the prize is non-financial, ie game content.
Official Leagues on the other hand? could be awesome and a great way to play against similarly skilled opponents, matches that come down to the wire are always the most fun to play.
