all going well at the moment. dad is back home and doing well, fixed my bust up PC but I've lost my mojo for CoD.

Just chilling out playing single player games at the mo.

Yeah My Mojo up and went ages ago, be good if they meet up again one day in something decent. Keep in touch m8 anyway.

so its out in two weeks and costs just £11, got access to the beta next week so will give it a go and report back.

Havent got the highest of hopes for it but might be suprised.

hell if the gave cod2 a slight graphical update, slapped a new anti-cheat and friend/clan support on it would be the bestest mcbestester ever.

played the beta yesterday, it feels allot like promod atm, the not sighting thing takes a little getting used to but overall, its been pretty good fun.

Even tho its basically a new game for me(i never played CS before) I'm not getting frustrated when I die(which i do every other death in the newer cod's).

So first impression is a good one, will report back after a bit more game time.

I always said promod in cod4 went too much like counter strike for me, taking away sniper sway and graphical distractions i.e. dust/debris. Not my thing personally as I found the class/age of people CS attracted was what I played COD to avoid.

This was free to play on steam over the weekend. Actually thought it was quite good. Pretty much what you'd expect from a counterstrike game but the multiplayer was more enjoyable than anything else i've played recently

Myself , Retro and Lith have this. Apparently you can just get 5 of you together , jump on a pub TS and jump in for a match...dunno how but sounds like a great interim (over christmas option). Any takers?

Still a banging game

It is a good game and I am having fun on it; the menu interfaces have been improved so is a doddle to get in to a game but I think the gameplay is exactly like CS:S was... Granted a few new maps and improved graphics... Nothing ground-breakingly new about it though so if you enjoyed CS:S you'll enjoy this...
